Our main focus at An Púcán is always the customer. We are always trying to come up with new ideas to make your experience more enjoyable
From the outside we may look very small, but as soon as you walk through our doors you’ll realise there’s more than meets the eye. Past the front bar you’ll find our cocktail bar, our newly renovated outdoor beer garden as well as our stage for live music.

An Púcán is all set to welcome students back to Galway with a brilliant Freshers’ Week line up. Galway is one of the best cities in Ireland to go to college and An Púcán is one of the ultimate locations for a night out in the city of the tribes. From brilliant DJ’s to great drinks deals it’s easy to see why An Púcán is so popular with students.
Freshers week 2024 will see the return of the iconic Silent Disco where you become the DJ with the three different channels of great tunes which you can enjoy. Another highlight of the week is Ona Bumble bringing the tunes and the vibes to our garden.

Púcán University: Now Enrolling!
Calling all Galway students! We are now enrolling for Púcán University – where you can become a student of Galway’s top University in Session-omics.
Our Student Ambassadors will create social media content for us here at An Púcán, and in return will and enjoy amazing perks like free access to events, free food, complimentary drinks, and more all year long.
